Privacy Policy

Information notice on personal-data processing pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Team Consulting Payroll & Legal S.r.l. Società tra Professionisti, registered office at Strada Comunale Piana, 3 — 65129 Pescara (PE), Italy, VAT and tax code 02227100688, REA PE-402896, registered in the special STP section of the Chieti-Pescara Companies Register.

2. Categories of personal data processed

The website collects the personal data that the data subject voluntarily provides via the contact form:

  • identification data (first name, last name);
  • contact data (e-mail);
  • professional data (company name, country of origin, description of the request);
  • navigation data automatically collected by the website (IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, date and time of access) for technical and security purposes.

4. Nature of the provision of data

Providing the data requested in the contact form is optional. Failure to provide such data will, however, prevent the controller from following up on the request.

5. Processing methods

Data is processed by electronic and paper means by authorised and instructed personnel under Article 29 GDPR, applying technical and organisational measures suitable to ensure security and confidentiality, in compliance with Article 32 GDPR. No automated decision-making, including profiling, under Article 22 GDPR is performed.

6. Recipients and processors

Personal data may be communicated to:

  • professionals appointed by our firm (labour consultants, lawyers, payroll staff);
  • technical service providers appointed as data processors under Article 28 GDPR, in particular:
    • Formspree, Inc. (251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, DE 19808, USA) for processing contact-form submissions;
    • Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) for CDN hosting and website security;
    • e-mail and cloud-storage providers used by the firm for managing communications;
  • competent public authorities, where required by law.

Data is neither disclosed nor transferred to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

7. Transfer of data outside the European Union

The technical services used to operate the website (Formspree, Cloudflare) may involve the transfer of personal data to the United States of America. Such transfers take place on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission with Decision (EU) 2021/914 and/or the providers' adherence to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework under Adequacy Decision (EU) 2023/1795.

8. Rights of the data subject

The data subject may exercise at any time the rights provided by Articles 15-22 GDPR, in particular:

  • right of access to their personal data (Art. 15);
  • right of rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16);
  • right of erasure (Art. 17);
  • right of restriction of processing (Art. 18);
  • right of data portability (Art. 20);
  • right to object to processing, including for direct-marketing purposes (Art. 21);
  • right not to be subject to automated decision-making (Art. 22).

To exercise these rights, please write to the controller at info@team-consulting.it. The controller will reply within 30 days from receipt of the request.

9. Right to lodge a complaint

If the data subject believes the processing of their personal data infringes the GDPR, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali — Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome · www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of the EU Member State of their habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.

10. Changes

This notice is subject to periodic update following regulatory changes or changes in processing operations. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
